At jGlobe, we also have forwarding service to let you make our own purchase and ship to our warehouse. When you have register your verified account with us, we will provide you with a shipping address and phone number which you can use to register your account with other shopping website. Once you made your purchase, it will be shipped to our warehouse. When we have received your package, we will notify you by email and you can then choose how to ship it to your country.
Important : When registering, you will need to provide identification photo with names on it to complete the verification process.

When product have arrived our warehouse, we will issue notice to you, you may then check the status in “My Warehouse”. At this stage, you can choose proceed to checkout to pay the international shipping fee and ship out the package, or you can use the Consolidate Packages features to combine packages to make as one shipment. Service fee may apply top consolidating package.
When you proceed to checkout or request for consolidation, you will need to fill in the invoice for shipping. Please type in as clear as possible, must be in English. Price must be the actual price paid for the product. If any information is not correct, custom agent in Japan might inspect the package and delay the process.
